What We Collect

• Dealer applications: the business, contact, banking reference, and trade reference information you submit when applying for an account.
• Account & orders: your login, order history, and account activity in the dealer portal.
• Technical basics: session cookies required for login and site security. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Payment Information

Card payments are processed by Authorize.net. Card numbers are entered directly with the payment processor and are never stored on our servers — we retain only a reference token and the card brand and last four digits for display.

How We Use It

To review applications, maintain your account, fulfill and invoice orders, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate (payment processing, shipping carriers) and where required by law.

Retention & Your Choices
