American Heritage Equine, LLC sells at wholesale to approved dealers and distributors. Use of the dealer portal and dealer pricing is limited to accounts we have approved; we may decline or close accounts at our discretion.

Pricing & Availability

Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. Catalog quantities are advisory; orders are confirmed by our team before shipping. Obvious errors in pricing or listings may be corrected at any time.

Payment & Terms

Payment is due according to the terms on your dealer account — prepaid, card, or open credit terms where approved (signed guaranty required). Past-due balances may pause shipments and accrue interest as stated on your credit agreement.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the goods to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy and Return Policy for details.

Accounts & Portal Use

Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Content on this site (images, descriptions, pricing) is for dealer use in reselling our products and may not be scraped or republished wholesale.
